Havw you heard a phone off hook tone that goes like a siren and horn? When I was a kid. I lived in Concord Tn. Our phone company was the Concord Telephone Exchange. The off hook tone wasn't the beep beep beep. It went like a soren and horn, So I was asking if you had any idea about that noise.
