Today when i practiced this in variations and was watching the other girls in my class do the hops en pointe i was constantly thinking, "ow ow ow ow ow" When i watched her do them, i was thinking, "wow wow wow". So much difference 1 letter can make.

ewwwww you just compared Polina to Paloma? and Guillem to Paloma? Paloma is so sloppy and has no expression. I doubt she could pull off a Giselle this good. Paloma is nothing great and lacks technique. I mean Polina is guesting with the Mariinsky in this video...the top ballet company in the world...enough said!

she has sloppy ankles....otherwise i like her dancing. i just always feel like she's ready to fall. she doesn't have the solid dancing skills of guillem or herrera....

I think the costume is very realistic,- young ladies back then didn't wear light blue...

i really love polina shes such an amazing and lovely dancer!!1 she really looks beautiful as giselle with her beautiful adn innocent face makes the giselle we all want to see not my favorite role for her cause i love her more in swan lake which in i think she looks absolutely stunning but youknow polina is polina and she will always look beautiful and stunning!!!! what i adore from her is that she always dances with her heart with so much passion and emotion.!!!!
