@TheCharlieohagan Use the "Shrink Wrap" method. Drop to your desired bodyfat % through strictly cardio, let your muscle mass decrease a bit. Get really trimmed out and stay that way for a couple months so your skin pulls in, then bulk up and you'll have a really cut look.

I'm not shitting when I say that 70% of your results depend on what you eat every day
(try 3000kcal a day, with no junkfood, and at least 120g proteines a day).
The other 30% of the results is gained through your work-out in the gym.

Regardles of his terrible form on his bicep curls, I've got nothing bad to say about this guy. He seems pretty cool from what I saw on the JDMA. He's kinda shy and I think thats cool considering he is a model.

This guy is natural.
I also believe in natural bodybuilding.
Those roided up gayboys that you see everywhere don't have much longer to live.
Plus I prefer to have my private parts not shrivel up and die,thank you very much.
And I really don't want my heart to quit on me, nor lose my hair,or grow breasts.
