  • @lemoure I'm not really sure what an "appropriate" height for a model is but you should be good. I really want to model for hollister, I definitely have the body for it but I'm only around 5 4" or 5 5" I've never modeled before but I think it'd be pretty cool having my picture on the big hollister sign in our mall

  • For everyone who wants a nice body (model, bodybuilder, beachboy,...), eating is the key.

    I'm not shitting when I say that 70% of your results depend on what you eat every day

    (try 3000kcal a day, with no junkfood, and  at least 120g proteines a day).

    The other 30% of the results is gained through your work-out in the gym.

    Food is everything

  • @TheCharlieohagan Use the "Shrink Wrap" method. Drop to your desired bodyfat % through strictly cardio, let your muscle mass decrease a bit. Get really trimmed out and stay that way for a couple months so your skin pulls in, then bulk up and you'll have a really cut look.

  • @8765425676543 Can't remember the exact name, but its something like, front dumbell raises. they work your shoulder muscles a lot.

  • it isnt too hard getting the body you want. you just have to make it a priority. everything takes time whether it's gaining mass or losing weight. dedication, devotion, and effort all play a big part in it. I've been packing on mass for the past year, going hard.. and am not 100% satisfied.

  • @OurBestMusicChannel hm, well, lighter weight with more reps gets you toned and lean instead of more weight with less reps. that just gets you bulky. cardio keeps you lean and what not, and of course eating properly. best regards

    would lighter weights and more reps work with legs too, like 20lbs dumbbells squats? Or running/walking would take care of leg muscles without direct weight exercises? I know models are not supposed to have big legs... but neither too skinny. What do you mean by eating properly? Can you tell me what you eat on a daily basis to maintain a lean body? thanks

    I found out but I'm not sure I understand it. For example for February 10 only pita and turkey are listen. This is just 300 calories. Is that all Paul ate that day? What about the rest of the food?

  • @OurBestMusicChannel yes it applies everywhere, running.. hm running, unless you're trying to lose weight.. don't do it to often. and if you do end up running make sure you eat more calories (healthy) than you burn. lunges and squats get you lean legs, leg lifts, etc. and eating properly is five meals a day, healthy, eat foods that are high in complex carbs (whole wheat bread, pasta, brown rice & pasta, oatmeal, vegetables) NO JUNK FOOD. eggs, meat, dairy, is okay. turkey, chicken, beef, (contd.

  • @BrandonSaldana Because lifting light with high reps weights gives you tone muscles, heavy weight with low reps gives you bulk. Thats why track runners are lean looking, they do cardio daily and workout with low weight. Good luck!
