  • Why would you flip the cylinder back into the frame? You're gonna fuck up your weapon doing that.

  • what is that hairy thing at the side

  • what brand and model is it

  • You should keep flipping the cylinder closed. It's good for the gun.

  • @homersimps1 lol.

  • wow so many neg coments lol i love this vid nice sound track also probly his first gun ease off lol he learn easy or hard way.

  • Fuck face

  • IDIOT! WHO THA F SLAMS A REVOLVER LIKE THAT?!!!

  • Gun safety in public videos is crucial. With gun rights on the edge it is important to show and teach the public about gun safety. So that they are informed when corporate media comes out with how a revolver fired 16 shots in 3 seconds.

Inform about gun safety to inform about gun rights!

  • Dude....you are an idiot......cocked hammer finger on the trigger.....then slamming the cylinder closed.....ever hear of cylinder timing?????.....the guys at the range next to you are going to love your bad habits as they are hit in the face with shaved lead.

  • AKA cop killas

  • Next time load it look at it an wait for flash

  • 38 Taurus Airlite...heaven on earth...better than a Lady Smith.

  • SONG?

  • @mendez760 beatles on the white album, happiness is a warm gun

  • Love reading all these safety guys blabbing on and on. You can tell they look at guns as if it was a freaking heavenly item that must not be angered. Its just a metal tool, get over it. Who gives a shit about what he does with it as long as he made sure it wasn't loaded before the video?

  • Any dumb ass that doesn't know that you can't open the cylinder while the gun is cocked, is a dumb ass that shouldn't be handling a gun.

  • Thats the taurus m85.

  • fail for trying to release the cylinder twice before uncocking it lol

  • @dagerv - Not really. Actually it's a safety check function of any modern revolver. I have a Colt DS and mine actually will release the cylinder while the hammer is cocked. Due to safety concerns, this is no longer and option. My guess is that it may because of accidental hammer release or a faulty spring.

  • @ShooterReview the cylinder should be locked up when it's cocked. right?

  • @dagerv - You are correct. Some of the old models will allow you to release the cylinder when the revolver is cocked. Good way to test a modern revolver that someone is trying to sell you maybe at a gunshow. In a modern revolver I'd hand it back and walk away.

  • as a ex marine and can assure you if I ever treated/handled a firearm loaded or unloaded in that manner I would still be crapping chunks of it. You never put your finger inside the trigger guard until you are ready to fire, you also never do the moronic cylinder spin and snap shut. I fear the life expectancy of your dumb ass can be measured in days.

  • I love (gun) porn

  • Love the song :D

  • WHAT MODEL IS THAT!1

  • @7commenter7 looks like the R461 rossi .357

  • Can i buy this from you?

Or at least borrow it and never return it?

  • Man, don't swing the cylinder in like that, it will cause extra scratches over time... And didn't you get the first time that you can't swing out the cylinder with the hammer down?? You really had to do it twice to make sure??

  • you shouldn't use a gun

  • I treated my Taurus with respect and still got to know the people in the service dept. by name when I called to check on my .38. The lifetime warranty works just be prepared to have them keep your "little friend" for weeks and weeks on end. It has been over three years and my .38 is not reliable enough to trust my life to. Thank God for Colt, Ruger, SIG, and S&W.They have gotten tired of seeing the same box show up time after time, but 'til it's fixed I won't sell it to anybody! Keep 'em honest!

  • yep that's sweet baby

  • Beautiful! What model is that one?

  • This video was posted in March 2007? My guess is this guy has since killed himself by an AD

  • uggh, please don't slam the cylinder in like that... your beating the shit out of it, your going to end up with cylinder play and will have to get it tuned up very quickly.

  • Cool I'm probrably getting a smith and wesson for my birthday. I will have the same reaction lol.

  • love that song =)

  • @originalbrodyg420 What song is it

  • @7commenter7 its a beatles song about heroin... its called (happiness is a warm gun) this part is is the second half of the song

  • nice now point it to a person at pull the trigger with a bullet inside it

and see what happends also do it near a police station :D

  • @bow7891 wow. ur fucked up

  • i think he dont know what hes doing

  • what exactly is it called i need one

  • @poopmcscoopface the gun is a 38. Snub Nose revolver

  • @Treatzyjr12 im pretty sure its a taurus 605 which is a .357 mag

  • @ericsyutubeaccount yup, for$240 its a nice little tuck gun

  • @ericsyutubeaccount well it might be 357. both models look very much the same except the non special snubs have a 5 round cylinder instead of a 6

  • rossi's suck! but smith&wesson model 36 now there's a gun

  • @Starzz62 rossi is shotguns and rifles. that one i think is a Taurus Model 85 .38 Speical +P with a Blued finish.

  • sooooo what is it? very nice BTW!

  • Damn

  • How much was it?

  • it look's cheap,especially the grips

  • @Slic3R1 its over 30 years old and it hasn't been made since 10 years ago, they aren't cheap and cost a lot of money. also don't reply hating on me plz i am just giving you educational knowledge =]

  • @rampage14x13 who's hating ? no no i didn't mean to sound offensive at all (sorry if i did) the revolver is beautiful but the grips are ugly IMHO

  • It absolutely makes me CRINGE when I see people slap the cylinder closed like that. This is one of the worse things you can do to ANY revolver, as it can result in a bent crane. Most people think since it's all made of some form of metal, they can simply whack it closed like this with no problem. However, if you do this enough it WILL bend the crane for sure. I can't tell you how many of these videos I see people doing this :(

  • @greenrefrigerator yea i agree, flippin the cylinder in makes you like like an inexperienced ignorant kid. That will mess your crane up so quick bud, i would not advise doin that to look cool bud.

  • @greenrefrigerator

I used to do the flipping closed on my K-frame, 'cuz I was cool, 'til it wouldn't close any longer......and the gunsmith charged me to do whatever. "Flippin it closed, huh?"

  • you're not supposed to flick the cylinder back in like that.

  • wow¡¡¡ is a really nice gun congratulatians men i envy you!!!¡¡

  • It hurt to watch you slam that cylinder shut like that. It's a very nice gun, don't ever do that again!......... DAMN YOU!!

  • Dude don't spin the cylinder and slam it shut like that. Great way to fuck up a nice gun.

  • whats this songs name?

  • @cheynecastillo happiness is a warm gun by the beatles

  • @dietdr97 thanx dude..i thought it was the beatles but i was like too stupid to find it

  • Happiness is a WARM gun "Bang bang shooot" Love stubbies

  • you can touch my penis if you want

  • You really have to clean that thing before you shoot it for the first time, no complaints on mine - just a lot of trash left over from manufacturing it..

  • looks like the firing pin is missing....lmao

  • sexy ^^

  • that is a peach what is it?

  • Nice trigger discipline... this was filmed three years ago so my guess is you have shot yourself by now

  • @cachamelion fag

  • @TheRealestEver That cuts real deep. I know, I must be crazy for actually knowing what I am talking about.

  • I hope nobody buys your gun used. it may be unloaded but thats bad habit, youll get comfortable and do that when its loaded with out thinking. I just hope you hurt yourself instead of another person.

  • learn some gun safety u douche

  • you need to trade that POS revolver in and get yourself a real gun, like a hi point or Jennings. Now there's some folks who know how to make real firearms.

  • @eastofakron hi point? hahahahhahahah. How about sig, smith and wesson, glock or springfield? thats quality

  • @cachamelion

LOL, dude it was a joke. I actually own a hi point by the way and a raven arms pistal and though I would never bet my life with either one and turn to my glock in the moment of truth, I still enjoy shooting them around for fun at the range.

  • @eastofakron hah fair enough. my bad.

  • @cachamelion

It's all good my brother, the gun I really want is a Smith 44 mag with a 3 inch barrel. Classic timepiece.

  • @eastofakron I have had the pleasure of shooting one. The kick is not nearly as bad as some people say. Besides, you can't beat the "shit yourself factor" if you ever need to level one at someone entering your house without permission

  • @cachamelion

For the "shit yourself factor" I plan on getting a 12 Gauge Semi auto. People swear by a pump action shotgun, but I prefer the speed of a semi, looking for one with 8 or more rounds, any recommandions would be appreciated.

  • @eastofakron If price is no object then the Benelli M4 is the only way to go. Semiauto and Benelli means it will work every time under any condition. If you want something a bit cheaper then you cannot go wrong with the Remington 1100 Tac 4. Both amazing shotguns. I agree with what you say about the pump shotguns. If the pump doesn't scare them away then all you did was let them know where you are hiding.

  • I like the looks of a black snubnose revolver but two things:

1.) Keep you finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.

2.) It looks cool in movies but snapping the cylinder back in can bend the crane/mess up your gun, and it is *not* the same kind of stress that the gun undergoes during firing (contrary to what someone else commented)

  • Don't do the hollywood flip you will destroy it and Taurus doesn't cover neglect or improper handling in their lifetime warranty.I see this all the time as a jr gun smith so respect that fine piece of machinery and don't flip it.

  • dumbass of the day right there. finger on the trigger while the hammer is cocked and he slams the cylinder shut. number one way to damage the revolver is by slamming the cylinder shut. moron.next time load it do exactly what u did except put it to ur head and squeeze the trigger. hahaha

  • Careful about spinning it and flicking it back into position like that. i bent the rear pin on the back of the cylinder of my Taurus 617 by doing that!!

  • oy what song is this

  • i love the song HAPPINESS IS A WARM GUN!!!

  • Reminds me of "Bowling for Columbine."

  • Just got one today. Taurus 605 .357 blued. Can not wait to shoot it. Feels good on my waist so far.

  • i always wanna get me a snub nose.

but im too busy lookin at the other guns

  • dude its not good at all to snap the cylinder shut like that

  • so it looks cool

  • DUDE! The firearm goes under more stress when shooting it. Lifetime warranty as well with Taurus. Dude!

  • i work at a gun store this is a garbo gun 78 models havebeen returned due to failure if you want this gun go for the S&W 637

  • I have a boner

  • @kittencakes123 Beat it back down

  • very nice gun

  • i have the same question GTA4FANBOYPS3 had

  • both. its a newer taurus 85 with exposed hammer so it's both

  • ok thank you i could not tell from the

    video

    -Aaron

  • dumbass rules i have 4 guns just make sure there not loaded and your safe thats it put your finger on the trigger if you want just dont be dry firing or doin that stupid shit spinning the cylnder and slam it back in your gonna mess it up quick doin that trust my friend did that before

  • singel action

    double action

    or both??

  • it sure has single action, because it has an exposed hammer, double action, I don't know. I wish I had that gun.

  • yeah its a double action revolver, i have this one but chambered in .357, mine is the taurus 605 model, this one is the taurus 85, which is in 38 special. Mine can also shoot .38 special too so i think its the better deal.

  • 38 special taurus

  • its single action right?

  • Cute gun, dont slam the cylinder back in like that it will fuck up the alignment.

  • Nice gun. It looks like the taurus 617 but i can't tell. BUT WTF!!!, are these"gun safety" preachers serious!? Do you people pass out fire hazard pamphlets too?? I assume they're 60 plus so my advice to them would be to stay off the gun videos if it gets em excited. It's not good for their heart you know.

  • I think it is a taurus 85

  • Personally, I'd rather hear people excessively harp about safety, than witness a single person violate a very basic rule.

Bad habits, once acquired, are hard to unlearn. And boy am I tired of being muzzle swept by yahoos at the range with sks's sporting tapco plastic junk.

    sincerely,

    Cantankerous coot (not quite 60)

  • too bad u didnt accidentally shoot the cat. Learn your firearm saftey dumb fuck.

  • @teebeeman

lol i agree with you but i think its just a pillow haha

  • Your handling of the gun shows you need to know the four rules handling a gun:

    1. Treat all guns like they're loaded

    2. Only point it at things you want to shoot

3 - Keep your finger OFF the trigger until you're ready to shoot

4 - Make sure there's nothing behind your target.

If you're true to these four you can rarely have a problem with a modern firearm. Please be safe.

  • @shoveldog81 i wouldent worrie about it man... its his deal... the way you conduct gun safety may be the right way.. but hes making a video.. not looking for people to tell him hes being dangerous showing off his unloaded gun

  • @originalbrodyg420 Yeah, the gun safety freaks "rules" get on my nerves. Only a real idiot would ever shoot themselves or someone else by sheer stupidity. If someone is experienced with guns then common sense is all that is needed - check if the gun is loaded, thats it. If it is loaded don't wave it around with the safety off and your finger on the trigger or don't cock it and stick it in your pants. Common sense, if it is not loaded you have nothing to worry about.

  • What kind is it?

  • Taurus 85

  • VIDEO TITLE FAIL - a snubnose is NOT sweet

  • explain how they arent sweet?

  • dunno i just dont like snubnose

  • yes its nice but kids are watching this and having your finger on the trigger isn't showing them proper handling. remove video and give us a safer one.

  • it is when he opens the barrel and they see its EMPTY

  • what tell you the gun is full ? I wonder how it is unsafe to have your finger on the trigger on an empty gun

  • Of the four rules with fire arms he is breaking two: Treat all guns as if they are loaded and Keep your finger straight and off the trigger. I don't care if you have the cylinder out you treat the gun as if it is loaded at all times. There many videos showing what happens when you don't do this.

  • boooooo lol

  • keep slamming the cylinder closed like that, it does great things for the gun. you'll love the eventual result

  • slapping that cylinder will warp yoru pin and make your gun shoot like crap, just to let you know.

  • Nice looking gun, what make is it. Don't want to sound like an ass but snapping the cylinder closed like that is not good for your gun

  • Comment removed

  • @bigjim379 You beat me to it! Beautiful snubby, but don't slam it closed!!!

  • Hey you might want to keep your finger off the trigger

  • it's unloaded!

  • first rule of gun saftey

    THE GUN IS ALWAYS LOADED

loaded or not ASSUME ITS ALWAYS LOADED

    better safe then sorry

  • @gjue Do you know how many people have been shot (accidentally) by "unloaded" guns?

  • i hate how people have such a hard on for keeping your finger off the trigger! the man knows the gun is not loaded! and the worst thing that could happen is the hammer goes off

  • Regardless my friend always practice good habits it may save your life one day

  • you are right. im am quite sure many people died from an "unloaded gun"

  • nd im sure all the ppl who died thought it wasnt loaded till BLAM

  • @chadgresham ore end another persons life...

  • yeah because it will really fire without bullets XD

  • @chadgresham

    it wasn't loaded

  • @chadgresham he just bought it prob has even loaded it yet

  • @chadgresham - Agreed. People don't practice enough trigger discipline.

  • that will bend the crane! don't do it!!

  • The song is "Happiness is a Warm Gun" by the Beatles.

Good snub there. Have to admit that I snap the cylinder in on my revolver too.

...Mine is alot bigger though. Alot bigger. :B

  • Gonna fuck up your new gun like that.

  • GENTLEMEN

  • sweet SNS!

  • taurus model 85 rite?

  • When you snap the barrel in like that you fuck up the timeing...

  • It is poor form but it is really not timing it is the small parts that take a beating and you score the outside of the cylinder. IT is just movie garbage, as is spinning the cylinder, its wear and tear and not needed.

  • I hate ta be like everybody else, but whats that song ur playin? Cool gun bro

  • lol i aggree with mazazle also but is that a 38 snub nose? cause it looks like the same one i have

  • 1 sexy gun

  • "Happiness is a warm gun" lol

  • clueless...

  • ハンマーレス・・・なのですか?

  • treat guns always like theyre loaded.

  • i agree with Maxaxle

  • Smiths with the pin on the frame suck. I got the same gun but with a hammer mounted firing pin.

  • I honestly don't think you know what you're doing.

  • Please get professional training. Snapping the cylinder closed will eventually bend the crane. The cylinder can not be opened in single action for obvious reasons. Keep that booger-picker off the trigger until you are ready to fire.

  • Man, get it together. You need to take some lessons from a professional on how to handle a firearm. It's not a toy, and not a game. Keep your finger off the trigger, and learn how to operate a revolver if you're gonna own one. You're the type that gives a bad name to all responsible gun owners.

  • im not saying i disagree with you but i highly doubt that he is more than a simple collector. same goes for all people telling him tog et training. if i want to buy a sword for a collection i dont need to go and become a sword master to handle it, just be really careful.

  • Please learn how to properly handle a firearm!!! This video makes you appear as an ignorant Chump!!!

  • Well.....at least you're a Beatles fan...

  • Does anybody else get the feeling this gun might be illegal? Mainly because of his blatent misuse
