Thanks for the compilation. A reviewer once wrote that New Blood should have been rated PG 13 and you know what, I actually agree. Eh, it's okay because now films can get away with nearly anything. New Blood was criminally censored. Does the Delux Edition have these scenes?

Some deaths scenes should not have been deleted for sure.

Mellisas death was not too gory, and the axe to the face was not too bad either..we have seen worse.

And the original scene in the end where Tinas father comes back to life was also good, better than the scene which is in the released version.

i swear if the SCI FI channel ever made an adaptation of friday the 13th, it would be a heck of a lot gorier than this. you ever see some of their movies? They often don't pan the camera away, even when the blood sprays EVERYWHERE or someone gets sawed in half or something. now that's gore, even if most of it is special effects or computerized.

Stupid MPAA. Makes no sense. Part 4 was gory as hell, then part 6, 7 and beyond were very tame, and gore was kept to a bare minimum. Then the newest Rambo came out, and was gorier than ever. Seems very hypocritical of the MPAA to censor certain movies, but allow other really gory movies to stay uncensored. And where the heck is the unrated edition of this movie?
