It's The Beatles song but I did MJ's Version which is from MOONWALKER bcuz I like it better.

Either way you cannot make a cover from a cover, in the end it's a cover of the original, you might say that you used the instrumental of MJ's version but as a singer (and a very good one at that) you borrow the lyrics of John Lennon. Sorry love but it's a Beatles cover, and you nailed it damn good.
