I started with an akai x7000 moved up to a MPC2000 then added a Triton, bought a PC within ^ months I had the sound turned down on the MPC and Triton and was rocking Kontakt and Cubase, I then discovered you could use the Waves VSTis in FL Studio, started using fruity for more than just drums, now Cubase is redundant Kontakt, FL Studio and Abelton Live for me.

LMFAO.... The MPC is just 1's and 0's like software. The only difference is the inputs give the sound a little added character. Nobody's saying that you can't make good beats on FL Studio. But there are fucking millions of wack Fruity Loopers out there that REALLY SUCK. I can't understand how that's like completely different from FL-Studio. The only difference is the inputs and outputs of the audio signal, that's what gives a MPC it's sonic character. FL-Studio routed through an SSL sounds just as good. I couldn't agree with you more. I'll take MASCHINE over my MPC 2000XL any day.
