@MrStapletonRoad It's surprising that the new generation finds something new to get interested in. To most of us, 66s aren't terribly exciting (I'm not going into that...), but if you grow up with them then I suppose it's a whole new ball game. What my generation likes now will seem odd to the next generation, and so on.

I'd love to go to the 80s, which I never sampled the railways of, so videos like this are worth their weight in gold. Thanks for uploading, I very much enjoyed it!

Now this is the freight I remember, none of this 1 Class 66 a week lark, it was RFD 37's going absolutely bonkers everyday up the line through Teignmouth, whether it was clay, fuel to Laira or from the Quarry at Newton Abbot, Thrash was garanteed! I miss those days dreadfully. Superb vid m8! Takes me back a long way! =-D
