Obviously a highly talented and exquisite skater, and I loved her skating SO MUCH. However, I used to hate it so much when she intentionally eased up her programs like she did here (she also did so at the pre-Olympics competition in Lake Placid in the fall of 1979, the 1979/80 NHK, etc.).

She was capable of doing so much, but she'd just do double Lutzes instead of triple sals, leave double Axels out, etc.

Her first layback is in the opposite direction for her and she makes it look natural.
