Yes, more protection and education for sure. But we can always find a compromise. We could restrict porn more. For instance that you have to pay to see it. Make the price high enough that people do not think it is worth to watch anymore. Like with cigarettes. So that those who do no want to be confronted with it can be left alone. Not for free anymore. Also one porn site is enough, a sort of youtube for porn. Why need millions of porn sites? That could be one of the solutions to stop addiction.

It's called AIM, or the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation started by veteran porn star and Ph.D. in Human Sexuality, "Dr." Sharon Mitchell. The big part of the problem is that this foundation is a form of internal regulation.

HIV does not have a high infection rate. It is very hard to catch (per interaction). Of course, if you have unprotected sex regularly, then your chances increase markedly. So always wear a condom.
The bacteria, however, are a different story. And they spread easily.

Some STDs can lie dormant for roughly a year where tests will show NO symptoms, yet you still have the STD waiting to pop up
