Squirrels and Rabbits are VERY good food. Both were considered to be white trash food, much like lobsters in New England back in the day. But NOW, it's haute cuisine to have squirrel brains, or slow cooked rabbit which falls off the bone like rottisserie chicken. With hunger increasing in the world, with food becoming scarce, people need to learn how to cook and appreciate things like squirrel, rabbit, etc. There is a moral imperative to use what you have and not waste.
