I think most of them are trigger happy and love the opportunity to crush criminals rather than preventing crimes. You could see the haughtiness in most of their eyes which reveals how little their is inside that cranium. It's a sort of bully club. They sort of having a symbiotic relationship with the criminals nowadays. They seem to feel that if they can't apprehend criminals they're failures
