This oozes of sarcasm once again. The state is simply defining it's laws more accurately and more precise. This law was made to avoid trash men picking up trash and finding a dead fetus, after all it was at one point ALIVE you must at least admit that. It was also made to discourage women from taking drugs to induce a miscarriage, as it could do permanent damage to the uterus or even death. It's all a mess, seriously. A doctor should do the procedure not the woman's boyfriend with a hanger.

They are saying if you get pregnant you MUST have that child under ANY conditions and if you have a miscarriage then you should be investigated to make sure you didn't do anything to contribute to it (even if it was an accident) because if you did then you got away with not having the kid and should be punished.

After accepting the premise that religion is itself correct then not only are there positives involved, but also a serious punishment for not believing. Read the comments mormon leaders made about black people and look at their attitudes now. The religion evolved and that is a type of hypocrisy as well.
