  • I am going to follow angies lead, I can't live feed the process since surgical is all thats available, but given 1 in 3 woman will have an abortion in their child bearing years, we need to stop feeling the shame we are told to feel, and demystify the process. I am not ashamed to say I am having an abortion to save my life and be a mother to my kids.

  • How the fuck can the pro-choice people say that the video was exploitative? "Oh,we don't think the thing in your belly is a human being yet,nor do we think it should have human rights, but somehow you are exploiting it".

    Fuck this planet...

  • i consider her a hero. fuck the christian right.

  • okay, okay...so here's a fun fact for you...the USA did make abortion illegal at one point, but then so many women were getting it done in unclean spaces, secretly, many died from infection, so the USA just let it become legal again....abortion is still murder, i think, but i don't know what i would do if i was pregnant

  • @MrGladBEASTftw You'd look smarter if you could spell "horde" correctly. Very ironic considered you called Utahns "rednecks"

  • @21ollej Why didn't you use proper punctuation on your comment about criticizing someone's literacy?

  • @EatTinker I think you should point out where I used incorrect punctuation.

  • @EatTinker Oh, I see it now. It was a typo.

  • @21ollej hey jus tgo crack a beer and sit on your lawn chair of your trailer home.

  • @MrGladBEASTftw What a great comeback, it'd be awesome if I lived in a trailer home.

  • Can you tell me one country where abortion is illegal and someone has gone to jail for a miscarriage?

The bill protects women from being beaten into a miscarriage. Many women are found pregnant and their abusive partners beats them until she miscarries. It is sadly common.

That is great that Utah protects their women by prosecuting MEN who cause miscarriages by abuse.

  • @stitty I lived there for 16 years and saw more than once how THE CHURCH protects boys and men who molest or rape girls. They say "why ruin this boy's life over a mistake"? The "church" talls men they own their wives, and teaches women to be subservient. What you don't realize is that if you make abortion murder, then misscarriage becomes invoulantary manslaugher. You can dance around that all you want, but it will still be true.

  • @Mozart1220 I here what you are saying. I do not doubt that there are issues with the Church. But men abusing women who are pregnant is deplorably common. I imagine the Law is more concerned with outlawing men assaulting women into miscarriages which is common everywhere.

But to prove my point, many countries have laws against forces miscarriages and can anyone name ONE example of a woman going to jail for a miscarriage? It really does not happen.

  • @stitty As I recall, the reason that law went onto place is that in Utah it is so difficult to get an abortion, and the abuse to the woman that follows is so common, that a woman actually ASKED her boyfriend (husband?) to beat her until she misscarried. Pretty sad actually.

  • @Mozart1220 Sure, this case is awful. But to be fair that is an isolated incedent.

  • @stitty The law was inspired by this incident.

  • @Mozart1220 That does not make it common-place.

  • @stitty Not everything makes the news. I lived there. It happens (or similar things) all the time. Women get raped by bishops or sone of ranking church members and it gets swept under.

  • Ah, Utah. Between them and Texas, Alabama don't look that bad.

Sure it's bad here at times, but I can't recall the last time we ended up in the news for something THIS retarded.

At least beyond our contributions to the Tea Party idiocy.

  • TJ IS EPIC XD

  • What if a woman recklessly used a banana? Would that cause a miscarriage?

  • This makes me rage.

  • my mom had a miscarriage said it was one of the worst things that happend to her.

To think some fucking police would be arresting her when she just lost her child is akin to madness.

  • Love the Tim and Eric reference in the beginning

  • While I don't agree with the law I also don't think it was right for her to pay a guy to kick her until she miscarried.

  • That's the Mormons for you.

  • Miscarriages are gods way of making up for the interference of his followers against abortions.

  • The great thing about living in Canada is the first 3 abortions you have are free lol

  • Come live in Utah where basic Biological processes are illegal!

  • and their hypocrites, they dont want gays to be publicly gay but its ok if they shove their god posters in my face 24/7

  • I'm a bit confused because you muddled two different topics together. I'm also surprised about how many people are up in arms about this law in Utah. Do you have an example of someone being completely screwed because she had a miscarriage and the state jailed and fined her? While it does seem a bit ridiculous, it seems like it helps prosecute someone who purposefully abused their child, or seriously lacked any semblance of protective measure for her child. An example is needed to drive it home.

  • You can't help but miscarriage, you dumb fucks! A woman's body is not, IS NOT, expected to have a 100% miscarriage. You could have an accident, you could be GENETICALLY incapable [which is the worst] of having a child and miscarriages run amok because of that. God damn it, you CANNOT control life you dumb god damn fucks. FUCK UTAH'S POLITICS. I'm not dissing people who lives in Utah, I'm dissing the dumb political fucks in Utah who passed this damn bill! Shameless thugs is what you all are!!!

  • well america is full of fucking idiots

  • OK abortion, I think i have some problems with, but miscarriage? Now you are being retarded.

  • you are courd sik plashformey esey for you to say and the murdering bich abortion is good, when you are alredy born??

  • I'm LDS...however some people do it wrong and the politics can get down right wacky.... I disapprove this law, it's ridicules...

  • Okay, I grew up Mormon and this is one of the reasons I think the Mormon community is RETARDED... but all rational thought fled when I saw that woman. I mean... damn, girl, you couldn't look trashier if you dumped a cosmetics factory on your face.

  • For the second time in my life, I have felt the urge to slaughter an ENTIRE FUCKING STATE. This is disturbing, because every time it happens, it gets harder to resist. It's bad enough for a woman to go through an involuntary miscarriage... now women grieving over this tragic event might have to go to jail? I'm trying to come up with words for just how stupid and insensitive this law is, but our language DOESN'T FUCKING COVER IT. There ARE no words! I... fuck it. I'm divorcing the human race.

  • @TheSoulOfTheBard Fine, but we get to keep the kids. Wouldn't want you to turn them into serial killing pot smokers who hate puppies and donuts.

  • @dab0r Ignoring for a second the fact that your reply made no sense what so ever, you can't possibly tell me that you approve of this nonsense. To make an event that someone has no control over... which is ALREADY deeply psychologically scarring (I know three women who have gone through it already)... a jailing offense is not only a violation of the spirit of the law, but also it's letter: to qualify as a criminal act, there must be motive, or demonstrable evidence of negligence.

  • Utah outlawed miscarriages ? Oh no, no more mormones please

  • didn't even know Utah was still a state LOL

  • What the hell?!

  • FACE PALM!

  • Most anti-abortionists are dried up old men that want their women to be barefoot & pregnant all the time : old Victorian , macho , control freaks.

  • @curiousgeorge1940 No, I see no reason for abortion, just live with the child. It's called adoption, lots of gay couples want new borns, so yeah.

  • @Loopsifly stem cell research, which can lead to the medical wellbeing of our society.

  • @Loopsifly - Ok .... so the 14 year-old that was raped by her father ( local paper last year ) has to be further tortured by carrying a child to term ? What kind of sadistic medieval punishment kick are you on ? I guess she should also be whipped for not screaming for help loud enough? ... and maybe a "W" branded onto her forehead to show the world what a whore she was .... Yeah... that makes sense !!!

  • @curiousgeorge1940 Nice assumptions you got there. You didn't even let me defend myself there after that one sentence. Rape is a different story which I didn't talk about, so calm down. :)

  • @Loopsifly - Your quote : " No, I see no reason for abortion " - That's not an assumption on my part ...

_ the fact that it's medically impossible to differentiate between an unplanned miscarriage and an intentional abortion makes this a witch hunt law. If you are accused, you can't prove your way out of it ! We are back in the Salem witch trial days , & controlling women as if they were cattle. That law made no provision for rape or the mother's medical welfare.

  • @curiousgeorge1940 Now you're just trying to pick a fight.

  • @curiousgeorge1940 - exactly. Nannystate anyone? I can't believe the insensitivety of these bastards.

  • This oozes of sarcasm once again. The state is simply defining it's laws more accurately and more precise. This law was made to avoid trash men picking up trash and finding a dead fetus, after all it was at one point ALIVE you must at least admit that. It was also made to discourage women from taking drugs to induce a miscarriage, as it could do permanent damage to the uterus or even death. It's all a mess, seriously. A doctor should do the procedure not the woman's boyfriend with a hanger.

  • @Johnnyblazedanketch To add: something to think about... Where does one put the dead fetus and the mess that goes along with the late stages of pregnancy? In the kitchen trashcan? Down the toilet? What if the toilet clogs and you need a plumber? Will that be the next desensitized movie comedy? Is there a dead fetus pickup hot line? There needs to be some order. In a hospital under proper care.

  • @Johnnyblazedanketch uhm, no, because abortion is illegal in Utah, they aren't saying they want you to do it in a hospital. They are saying if you get pregnant you MUST have that child under ANY conditions and if you have a miscarriage then you should be investigated to make sure you didn't do anything to contribute to it (even if it was an accident) because if you did then you got away with not having the kid and should be punished.

  • @Johnnyblazedanketch Also, they might start using laws like these to go after women who leave the state to get abortions. This is a big fucking deal. Btw, what are you, 5? Most fertilized eggs never implant in the uterus and simply leave the body without the woman ever knowing about it, it's not like insta-baby. With most abortions they don't have to "do" anything with it, the fetus is so small they wouldn't even notice when it leaves their body, so I'm not sure what you're on about.

  • Fuck the people who say that women who get abortions are "baby killers!!"

  • That's an easy law to get around just don't report the miscarriage if you have to go to the hospital just say that you slipped and fell. What can the arrest you for then? Being clumsy? I it is a stupid law.

  • @ttopperr exactly. sometimes its very hard to control. damn our would is fucked up.

  • @897peace Yea and the root to asinine laws like that is the belief in the apparitional deity that doesn't exist. That in some way the law maker is having an evangelical ejaculation my creating such ludicrous laws.

  • woah man this is crazy! never gna live in UTAAHHH.

  • Haha, I just watched am "And I'm a Morman" video before this.

  • what the fuck is with all the "and i'm a mormon" video suggestions?

you're a mormon and bragging about here is my ass hole please suck it

  • OMFG you dont post the abortion vids on youtube. Thats stupid, keep it to your self, dont post it on fucking youtube were 90% of stupid and dont know a shit. Just keep it to your self lady

  • 454 craven coward, child molesting subhuman religious christians have watched this video

  • I fucking hate that damn bad breath Ad

  • @AceSparksVlogs We made a phone that has a facebook button on it so it annoys the fuck out of you whenever you take a picture or video. Hooray! BUY IT NOW!

  • I don't get it. If they ban miscarriages to fight say, under population, why don't they start giving citizenship to immigrants instead?

  • So uh, good video and all, I linked to this via aronra and the title piqued my interest.

However, you are far too angry for my likes. keep up your works, but Im your audience.

  • If an abortion is not performed where to carry the kid to term would result in the mother's death, is the baby to be convicted of murder, is the abortionist who did not perform the abortion, or the legislator who outlawed abortion? Or did the mother commit suicide? The father committed the murder, the church?

  • If you can't abide by a certain MORAL CODE OF LIFE.....Then move somewhere else...Meaning..OUT of the U.S...Why not? Seems SO many people can't stand the fact that we here in the U.S don't LIKE seeing baby's being killed ON YOUTUBE...Leave the country please..will do us all a huge favor...

  • 1 in 4 is the same %25 or one quarter

  • Utah has 60% mormons and the highest rate of happiness out of all the states. It also has the highest rate of online porn subscriptions...

  • Nice video Tj.

  • Mormons and Christians are quacks

  • @oxjhan9 Mormons are Christian smarty pants!

  • a moral is an intolerance

  • we should also outlaw breathing

since we're outlawing things we can't help

  • Utah also abolishes stairs.

  • You religious people with your talking snakes, magic water, people turning into salt, and dragons chaseing the virgin mary around heaven at the end of the world are so funny!! Lots of christians used to beat themselves, and eat poo(true look it up!) before you started burning people for centuries. And people mock religon!! I wonder why that is?

  • I've been to Utah several times and it's so breathtakingly beautiful, but (most) of the people there are completely delusional (yes, I'm referring to you Mormons)

  • @Orangemongoose1 What about mormons makes us delusional? Because we are members of a religous group that has no hypocracy? Or is it that we're religous at all? 4/5 people on earth are religous, does that mean only 20% of the population of earth can be expected to make just decisions? Grow up and stop expecting everyone to follow your world view. There will never be a time when everyone thinks athiests are right. Good for you if you think they are, i don't and neither does most people.

  • @mynameismatt2010 "I just found magical tablets that only I can decipher apparently have the inerrant word of God on it and you must listen to me." That's a pretty spectacular form of delusion.

  • @DirectInjected Oh, somebody has been getting all their information off of youtube for way too long. Do me a favor and don't talk when you don't know what you're saying.

  • @mynameismatt2010 I respect your opinion, but you're all lying to yourselves about the truth. It's sad to think that intelligent people are wasting their time on something as trivial as religion.

  • @NekoKetsurui Looking at religion from the viewpoint of it being wrong i can still find no downsides and several upsides to following religious practices. After accepting the premise that religion is itself correct then not only are there positives involved, but also a serious punishment for not believing. Also i would hardly think anyone, especially an athiest, would call religion trivial. The truth is that there is no way of knowing religion isn't true and it's better to be safe than sorry.

  • @mynameismatt2010 Utah consists of 60% mormons and has the highest rate of online porn subscriptions in the country, how's that for hypocrisy?

  • @peachdica 52% and is it not possible, or even logical that the porn subscriptions are from the many people who are not mormon. Think about it. What state are you least likely to be able to have a one night stand in? What state will it be hardest for a single guy to get laid fast? Utah. Now where do you think all those poor lonely guys are going to go to compensate? That's the explaination for high porn subscriptions in Utah. Besides, that has nothing to do with Mormonism.

  • @mynameismatt2010 When my dad was a bishop he had a year long affair with his secretary that ended in him getting excommunicated. Mormons drink caffeine and have premarital sex all the time. Mormonism is against caffeine and yet had stock in Coca-cola. I'm pretty sure there is hypocrisy in every single group of humans whether they are religious or not.

  • @peachdica First off i was talking about the religion, not the people in the religion.

Secondly, mormonism is not against caffiene and if you think that they are i highly doubt that your father was ever a bishop.

You cannot define a religious ideal by the actions of individuals, but by the actions of the collective peoples following the ideal.

There is no hypocrisy in the teaching and standards of the mormon religion.

    Btw, bishops don't have secretaries.

  • @mynameismatt2010 Principals of high schools have secretaries. Mormonism outlaws caffeine where I live (in utah) but I'm sure it's altered by the different cultures putting their own spin on mormonism. You said the mormon group but even then mormon leaders who are supposedly guided by god breaking their rules can be considered a hypocrisy.

Read the comments mormon leaders made about black people and look at their attitudes now. The religion evolved and that is a type of hypocrisy as well.

  • @peachdica Mormonism doesn't have anything against caffiene there are a few idiots who think they can't drink caffine at all because it is addicting, however the church policy on it is that you shouldn't drink enough caffiene to get addicted to it. Mormonism is universal no matter where you are.

The religion evolved and that is hypocrisy? You're an idiot and i'm done talking with you. My comment was directed at the teachings of the mormon church, not at what individuals in the church do.

  • @mynameismatt2010 Very impressive.

  • That law of man with his assumed wisdom is proving Gods word to be true,King James Bible,1 Cor 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men,1 Cor 3:19 ,K J B,For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 1 Cor 1:20, .Where [is] the wise? where [is] the scribe? where [is] the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

  • Utah never outlawed miscarriages.....

  • Having a miscarriage is already traumatizing enough for a woman, not to mention having to be investigated and possibly sent to jail as a criminal for something that happens without control. It's insane.

  • Wow - To think a poor woman had to pay a guy to kick her in the stomach thanks to all the stupid legislations.

We're so lucky in Europe. We can pay a licensed doctor to kick our women in their stomach.

  • Pretty soon if you miss a shower, or you don't brush your teeth or wear a suit and drive the same car as everyone else, you are going to get locked up..At least that's all my mind can concieve from laws being passed this day and age, it's time we break that age limit for president don't you think?

  • @Revolution2pointO This may not be a current law, but you can/could lose your driver's license in Greece for being unshaved/uncempt/unshowered.(Uncle John's Bathroom Reader)

  • @TheMadMichigander That is scary. :(

  • I'm fine with a chick having an abortion, why wouldnt someone?

  • Okay, it's official. Government officials of Utah are ignorant, heartless, insensitive assholes. Why the hell would they even consider passing a stupid bill like that?!

  • Distracted by the Marilyn Manson pics in the background.

  • ROFL this guy is hilarious. I love his over exaggeration!

  • B^U

  • I knew there was a reason I watched these vids. At least this guy is honest about what the fuck his opinion is.

  • How do you out law something like that?

  • Black women in Utah ... pls don't get Miscarriages

  • My guess is that with Polygamy outlawed, they have to whine and complain about something, and this is what they found.

  • I live in Utah. it's a beautiful state full of idiot Mormons.

  • another reason to be glad I don't live in Utah....

  • 451 people are from Utah

  • THE AMAZING FAGGOT

  • @ghostyman666 Wow, good job your intellect by writing an extremely sophisticated comment. It has so much evidence to the point you are trying to make.

...Oh wait, that's the complete opposite of what I thought!

    FUCK YOU!

  • woooooo stupid!!!

  • "You shouldn't have been climbing those stairs". But if you sit around for 9 months so you don't have any accidents, your health deteriorates. Just don't get pregnant, cause anything you do could endanger your future baby's health.

  • wtf you americans are fuckin dumb

this utah thing sounds like somesort of catholic shit some idiot in the vatacan would try to put in the bible

  • @shotguntuna well my non-american friend utah is not filled with Catholics but instead with Mormons. Mormonism is basically the worst form of Christianity. Everyone in America hates Mormons, we even tried a little genocide to get rid of them but they are still here so don't blame all Americans for the shit that comes from Utah, we hate it too. The same goes for Texas

  • @JerkingForJesus well jj i thank you honestly for the explanation of the state of utah

    why dont you like texas?

  • @JerkingForJesus well jj i thank you honestly for the explanation of the state of utah

but i having read your reply would like to ask whats wrong with texas?, my buddy went there last year he loved it appernently the musics very good so.

    why dont you like texas?

  • @shotguntuna I'm pretty sure his beef is with the people (and I use that term loosely) of Texas.

  • They're trying to pass this in Georgia too. Except it has the death penalty on the table as well.

  • @tweethang1 it is not talking about all miscarriage, only those that come about from recklessness, but I do agree the law is somewhat harsh.

  • Danm Mormons!

  • what do you mean gay in public? That would almost be for anybody. as in gay in sex? then that would be for anybody. if you effeminate or androgynous then yeah that would be wrong if you were against that

  • What I just saw some scamming ghost hunters ad before this??

  • YOUR MAD!!!!!!

  • @lifemiss You can't spell.

  • I HATE CHRISTIANS!!! MORMONS!!! CATHOLICS!!! THEY ALL CAN GO TO HELL!!!

  • @tweethang1 You shouldn't hate them most of them are well meaning people who don't really understand their belief system is bullshit.

  • How are you gonna outlaw a body misfunction!? Mormons just keep getting stupider

  • its like parent sex ewww

  • In Utah, the Wild West still exists.

  • Abortion is a very selfish thing.

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX Nope.

  • @TheWalrusface Okay,explain..

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX Do you know how expensive it is to have a child? Or the responsibility that goes with it? Tens of years of work. Some people can't do that. Some people shouldn't do that.

  • @TheWalrusface Well the people that gave birth should've thought abou that huh? Taking life from something is selfish.

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX Thought about what? Using Condoms that aren't 100% effective? Or using the Pill. Which isn't 100% effective? Or should they just. Not have had sex? Ever? And taking from someones life is selfish? How about the baby that takes from their lives? That's not selfish? Only when they do it?

  • @TheWalrusface I just think they should be prepared when having sex that something may happen.

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX Prepare how? Get money saved up? Have stable jobs? The fuck do you want them to do? We can't add on requirements on when you should have sex. If you love someone. Are truly in love with them and want nothing more then to share that emotional and physical experience with them. You're going to hold out until you have a place of your own a steady income and all that? That can take years and for some people it never happens. The relationship might not even last that long.

  • @TheWalrusface When I said prepare I meant prepare their mindset for what changes will be amde when they have the child.

  • @TheWalrusface Are you a man or a woman,just wondering.

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX That's completely irrelevant and preparing their mindset for what changes will be made doesn't matter if they aren't ready financially. I can be prepared to be the best parent in the world. But if I can't afford the kid. It's not going to work.

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX Here's a question. Do you think abortion would be necesary if the mother would die from giving birth (yes that can actually happen).

  • @nerdking731 If someone was there to take care of the child

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX Yes but what if the mother already had two kids? Do you have the abortion thereby saving the mother and giving the children a better chance at things like education ex: college, private school. Or let the mother die thereby cutting the family budget and leaving the kids poor and unable to get that education?

  • @nerdking731 If something like that happens, it doesnt mean theres an end to it. Thing can go from worse to the best you know.

  • @XxXMsLovelyXxX True, but thats not as often as from bad to worse.

  • @TheWalrusface Unless its rape. Because it happened, they werent prepared. But I know a girl who was raped and she has kept the baby. That takes alot.

  • From 3:35-3:55 you mentioned how it's legal, so what? The law isn't always right (prostitution, drugs and many more). Would it not have been better to make the point about how her actions are probably smarter instead of just legal. I agree with the rest of the vid by the way.
