This got a PC version too.
You have to find the itens on each level. Here you have to find his rabbit clothes IIRC. Later you have to find his bike parts, and then car parts. In later levels you ride the bike and also a jetski or something
Then the game changes completely on the last 2 levels, with a platform level (bit like Robocop) and then a Operation Wolf alike for lat level.
I used to have this game when it first came out. You have to run around the maze and find the lost children, then you touch them indecently. Just kidding, you have to find bicycle pieces, it was great.

used to play this version for the commodore 64, same game, had more colours.
Still prefer the arcade and sega mega drive version

I think the arcade version is best. The version for Sega Genesis is also nice.
