I like the beginning of the new rot effect, but i think it would be cool if (as some people said) he left a small trail of rot in his path.... Also, I personally would like to see some rotten limbs and flesh in all the effect duration, and not only in the beginning :D

I think that the animation of the rot at the new rot effect is kind of "only near to him".

What i mean with that is that it would been more awesoem if it gave away a small trail of rot around him since when u turn the hero in a circle (without moving) u can clearly see the rot fog is reacted to teh movements. So it's not really an effect which iso n the ground but more of an ability like an "shield" around u. I don't think it looks like an aura ;/

I like it more than the old rot. It looks like he has a gassy cloud around him. The effect when he moves is still a bit off. It should look like wisps of the gas are trailing after him and it might part slightly in front of him so it looks like he's moving through it. It should also fade out a bit towards the edges so it looks more "wispy."

@omglolwut212 HoN and dota are almost identical however each game has some unique heroes causing varied gameplay. So for example in dota if a hero like invoker was on the enemy team it would change the way you play the game against him but since hes not in a game like HoN we have other heroes to worry about. Hence varied gameplay. Not trying to start a flame war because I like all games but gameplay in HoN still has the same feel as dota, but I don't feel LoL shares the same characteristics.

They make Dota 2 available for purchase for a while, lets say for 2 years. If you buy the game, you get all heroes unlocked.

After said 2 years, they make the game F2P, and every player that comes afterwards will get a limited hero selection, and will have to pay to unlock the hero they want.
