i was in 2nd chemical battalion at ft.hood in 1997-1999. there were some really messed up physically n emotionally abusive jerkoffs called nco's. im a good person. their bullying reminds me of being bullied in high school. i hate bullies. i'm proud to be a veteran, though i do not have much "happy" memories of my military service. just telling the truth.
44th CBRN CO. Representing from Arifjan,Kuwait at the moment deployed from fort hood from 2nd chem battalion hoooah!!! were coming back in 50 days woo! been a long year, by the way at the moment theres not many chemical companies with that battalion 3 have been deacticated this past 2 years alone ; /
@darkscion87 there have been a few additions to the BN in recent weeks, or so we were briefed, they are not stationed at fort hood, but throughout the US
Thank you for this compelling account of WWII 2nd chemical mortar battalion. My late father, Herbert G. Davis, of Upper Roxborough, PA was a member of the battalion for 5 years through WWII. From training in NC till the end of the War - this documentary confirms all the information about his tour of duty that was passed on to us as children.
Thank you for the videos. My late father, Sgt. Michael Maloney was with the 2nd Chemical Battalion. I'm very familiar with the website and book about the "Red Dragons". Thanks again! Paul Maloney
Thank you for this tribute to these heroes. Too often we forget the sacrifice these men gave for our freedom. As the son of a 1st Sgt of CO B, WWII, I was very moved by this video, which I first saw at the reunion in Towson MD. It still makes me proud. Thanks Dragonscribe, for everything you have done for these men; For your father, for mine and each and every man who gave his all for their unit and their country.

this shows that how low cost weapon like the mortar remains relevant in the 21th century battlefield. not the million dollar PGM
