The way the mall handled it sounds a little unfair, but when you're loud you draw attention so if you don't want attention...don't be so loud. @ILOVEMYBABYAM I will answer Yes to that question for one simple reason. 1. The mall you were in has a policy of "No shoes, no shirt, no service" which is to benefit your safety. If you step on a heroine needle and get A.I.D.S. while in that mall they are responsible so they have to enforce that rule in order to cover their own ass so you don't sue them. So yes, if you can't follow the rules of a local business then don't enter the business if you disagree with their rules.

@ltntlocust I held a part time job for 4 years as a bouncer at a club. I dealt with a lot of people who were extremely loud, I mean it was a club, it's loud in there. Which is fine because of the atmosphere, but in a different context that same volume is unnecessary (as in a funeral, wedding, or a mall for example). It's just plain courtesy and respect to people around you. If you disreguard other's in public then you just look like a selfish asshole to those people. Self control.
