I wonder about the guy that crawled out of the truck -- turning his back on the oncoming traffic. Not safe! Stand clear!

It looks like the trailer had a full load of dirt. The tongue came loose from the trailer-ball, and the trailer-box tilted 45 degrees, lifting the tail-end of the truck.

Some of the dirt spilled out the back.

What about that idiot in the white car at 0:45 -- a sharp lane-change into the left-lane, probably causing a secondary chain-reaction accident, off-camera.

@melvinklassen You are correct on the trailer part but it wasn't dirt it was concrete. That is a U-cart. Most rental places have them along with small batch plants. Most have the crappy screw tight tongues like on u-haul trailers and are not maintained very well. Those trailers hold a yard of concrete which weighs damn near what that truck weighs.

FAIL, EPIC FAIL. lol great safty on the pickup, cab crushed like a tin can, and the load was making the trailer tip, till it caught the ground and caused it to change direction suddenly. :D

OK lets clear this thing up once and for all. The trailer was loaded too heavy on the rear and the hitch jumped off the ball and because the chains were hooked up , it snatched the 78 Chevy pickup around. You can see the chains.......

the tailgate on the trailer looks like broke and the load shifted all to the back of the trailer lifting the rear of the truck ive seen it happen before with a load of gravel in a trailer
