Yes it is delicious and fast. I stirfry it in 2 tbs, of oil for 2 minutes, then add a tbs. of water and cook for 1 minute, salt to taste and eat it. I served it to friends and they had not eaten it before. They couldn't stop eating it.
I throw it and cilantro into my oriental style chicken noodle soup.Oh yeah!!!
