I have heard that Gator is a tough meat and you have to pound the hell out of it before eating.
Any suggestions on condiments??

Believe it or not, tarter sauce, hehe. I lived in south florida for three years and they eat the hell outa gator. Tater sauce or cocktail sauce..

Thanks for posting this. I gave a 5 for content (and generosity of spirit for posting)... I wish for a higher resolution. These guys are so fast they become blurs on my screen at this resolution. Thanks!
