i really like this especesialist to be Software Engineering but if you don't mind can you tell me how many years request this study especially in canada? and what the university could request from me to be a student in that major

The class Software Engineering is part of the Computer Science major in most US universities. It is a 4-5 year career.
You can also look for IT on Engineering.
