This is, without a doubt, the ugliest building under construction in the US today. It is an ABOMINATION. You're an asscrack of a city, Loiusville -- this is just assuring that the status quo remains intact.
The building is just UGLY, looks like an oil drilling platform abandoned on the shores of a river. Will any sane person walk under that monster building and the shadow around it? The building truly looks like if Godzilla was going to knock it down any minute (hopefully he does)

It's kind of gross to have a museum as a golf-course like amenity in a condo for rich poseurs. But I guess that's obvious.
