  • i'm on this 2! i hope it works like this for me 2! i've been taking it for about a month and not experiencing any differences yet :( but i'm hopeful! sometimes these things take time, because i'm changing my diet and such too so maybe it's just the combination? thanks for the vid!

  • hi! thank you so much for your video! how is your progress with the saw palmetto going?

  • cinnamon is a great herb to balance sugar in the blood..sugar is also the cause for acne..keep it up drinking that tea..

  • please do another update!! :D

  • I've been struggling with acne for so long now and it's so painful and ugly =( You are a HUGE inspiration to me and i'm definitely going to try this saw palmetto stuff. Thank you so much. Oh btw green tea helps skin A LOT. I subbed =)

  • How many milligrams do you take a day?

  • i read that saw plametto extract is for balancing testosterone and prostate in males. interesting how it works

  • since i came off the pill i have only had 1 period and iits been like a year, do you think this supplement would help bring it back to normal?

  • You poor gal. It may come back while being off birth control. They should have given you accutane from the beginning! It would have resulted in such scarring :( This is what happened to be. I thought I beat it but it came back. I was put on Accutane and haven't broken out since!

  • such great news! goodluck in your marathon! :D

  • I love your videos!

  • Do an update after your 1/2 marathon.. and do update us on your timing and how you did.. I soo wanna run my 1st 1/2 marathon next year but just the thought of it freaks me out.. I am soo scared of cramping while running.. it's a fobia that has been with me all these time...

  • most Yogi teas taste a lot like cinnamon and the licorice that is also usually in Yogi teas enhances the cinnamon flavor. i taste it in almost all yogi teas except for the green teas and the peach detox. congrats on a half marathon. i've never run that much! i hope to some day. good luck :)

  • Its funny how much I relate to you in this video. Besides I having to battle with very oily acne prone skin. For the past year or so I have had a stubborn dandruff problem and when i take a shower clumps of hair fall off and it makes me sad. when you had your dandruff was it kinda oily or your hair oily? And do u notice any difference in oil production on your face? Thank you so much for this update, it gives me hope!!! Looking forward to more. Best of luck on your marathon :)

  • i can't wait to see the next update! i might have to try this extract :) i'm on antibiotics for acne so it's almost gone, but not completely. i usually have one or two pimples at any given time, but would still like to have none! do the dark scars ever go away completely? i still have dark pigmentation from breakouts i had around christmas time last year. also good luck on your marathon!!! :)

  • Me da mucho gusto x ti! Yo tambien sufro de acne y quiero tratar el saw plametto!

I love watching your videos they're so informative and helpful. Your personality is amazing :)

    Good luck on your marathon

  • Good luck on your marathon. Tea is good for the body, however, make sure you stick with decaffinated teas. I use to drink caffinated green tea and not only did I become somewhat addicated to it (had to have it atleast three times a day) , but it did effect my hormones in a bad way. It caused me to have cystic acne and painful cystic lumps in my breast and arm pit.
