@SittingNow sure, bullet trails are inevitable when doing bullet time. But not all bullet time involves rotating around an object (e.g. matrix reloaded, trinity falling sequence). plus I would argue that in this case, we are watching a real-time camera moving to observe slow motion bullet objects (my original intentions for the project anyway).
@hilmanazraei You don't have to. Syntheyes should be able to take a wide range of video formats. My video clip just happened to be a QuickTime JPEG sequence.
This is a bullet tail effect, not really bullet time. Bullet time is a real-time camera moving around a slowmotion object.

@ClayCFilms Particular is a plug-in that can be purchased from Red Giant software.
Alternatively, you can use some of the built-in particle generators like particle world.

Amazing, the bullet´s "tail" is exactly like in the matrix, if the particles were flat and not sphere´s.

@weikang Soooo.... I can import all the supported files directly without converting my video into a Jpeg Sequence>?
Kazeaaze08 2 weeks ago
@Kazeaaze08 that's right. Syntheyes should be able to read most common filetypes like mpg, avi, wmv, mov, etc.
