@vince38curious2 actually you are correct. the aircraft is only considered to be "fighting" when it contains weaponry that is funtional and can be taken into battle. Needless to say, the thunderbirds or blue angels are considered fighting.

It's still not clarified how it was Capt Miklo that got 'mud' on her engines. That was the original 'mud' thrown wasn't it?

And the video was shot and published by a local newspaper. No secrets were revealed. Except that thunderbird pilots can fly backwards. (lol)

I believe that if there was mud on the bottom of the engines then it can be classified as a wreck. I also believe that posting this kind of stuff on You Tube is illegal. Anything that is inside a restricted area is not allowed to be photographed or video taped. (Let alone the cockpit!)
