READ THE WHOLE THING : ok you guys probabaly mod by now but how you mod is get a new 20gig HDD(preferably), and then go buy a transfer cable online, plug the big side of the transfer cable into the HDD (hard drive device) and the other side into your computer, download modio and there ya go, oh BTW modio is ten bucks and the transfer cable is $5 - $15 and make sure the transfer cable you buy online says MICROSOFT on it and have fun!!!!
