They may live in Westwood but the ride is along the bike path in Ridgewood and Paramus.
To vesgym: Visit Fountainhead in Manassas. I ride there every month or so and it's a fantastic place if you can mountain bike.

I was born and raised in Westwood but have lived the last ten years in traffic jammed no room to ride a bike northern VA. Thanks for sharing a little bit of the joy of northern nj.
