    You and your team do EXCELLENT work.

    My team here in Southern California uses a similar format for speed, agility, and quickness training.

    None of us could figure out how to do the drill you are doing at 5:32 to 5:35. You only demonstrate for a few seconds. Could you please show us this drill again in another video, and film it for a longer period of time, so we could learn it also?

  • This is great training. Its pretty intence too, which is why i love it. Once your body gets used to it its great. You really see how much you improve by doing these.

  • I'd love to get a polymetric routine like this. It looks like a fun break from regular weight lifting. This with some calisthenics would be perfect.

  • I favorited the vid. I really like some of the plyometric exercises. Thanks for sharing. I also responded with a vid of athletes working out in my clinic using a vibration plate and unweighted treadmill. Check it out.

  • Last year I was jogging 30 minutes almost everyday. I stopped after two months because I did not find that it improved my speed either. Hopefully polymetric will be more fun. If not, it will certainly improve my speed. It's important to do a work-out that is fun. Otherwise, you'll quit quickly.

  • Try sprint training and stairs.

  • Sprinting training helped me a lot in the past. But it's hard for me to keep doing it in long term.

  • LOOOOOL, ok now that i got that out of my system.. For those who go jogging eevry day and u wana improve your speed STOP IT jogging only incrases your slow tiwtch muscles. If u wana improve speed simply do pliometric exercises like jumping squats 4 sets of 20 reps a night, and once/twice a week do squats with weights and work on your running form and try to sprint at high speed for 1 min/30 secs each day that will build up you fast twitch muscles...
