Last year I was jogging 30 minutes almost everyday. I stopped after two months because I did not find that it improved my speed either. Hopefully polymetric will be more fun. If not, it will certainly improve my speed. It's important to do a work-out that is fun. Otherwise, you'll quit quickly.
LOOOOOL, ok now that i got that out of my system.. For those who go jogging eevry day and u wana improve your speed STOP IT jogging only incrases your slow tiwtch muscles. If u wana improve speed simply do pliometric exercises like jumping squats 4 sets of 20 reps a night, and once/twice a week do squats with weights and work on your running form and try to sprint at high speed for 1 min/30 secs each day that will build up you fast twitch muscles...
Hate the music, but love the rest. I play ball hockey, and I'm one of the slowest guy in the league. I play defense. Whenever a guy passes me by, I can rarely catch him up. This often results in a break-away and a goal. You think those work-outs will help me in improving my speed?
