You know, there's something magical about catching a small train on a track that isn't used very often. I can't describe it. Especially when it's a unique train that's short, coming out of a tunnel (I am assuming that's where it originated from). Nice video.
Seen that twice in the space of fifteen minutes, i arrived at Stafford on the 8th of June on the 1533 to London Euston and the same pair were sitting on Platform six, leave Stafford and got off the train at Rugeley Trent Vallley at 1633 and after the 350 left, minutes later the same 31's passed Rugeley TV on the same line

Yes, the inspection 'train' seems to appear about once every couple of months or so... never know when!
