this helped me so much when i was in labour with my daughter. whenever contractions started the only thing i remembered was the view of this woman breathing. there was no time for panicking or screaming. i was busy with the breathing technique. all was finished in 4 hours. i wish i had seen this video before, when i was expecting my first born. soon we will have our third one. therefore i am here watching this video again. thank you so much fro uploading it!
