thinking this is my favorite gospel song now.....love debbie austin and her voice....reminds me dearly of my grandmother and the old school gospel shed play in the car on the way to church.....god bless and thank you to whoever posted this
I remember when she came to Pittsburgh PA and tore the house down at Ebenezer Baptist Church when I was a teenager. Now that was when the spirit was allowed to have his way. What a magnificient singer. Underrated but always giving God the glory. This is one of my favorite selections. "This is not living down here. Its only an imiattion of life when we will all be in the prescene of the holies of holies. Praise be the Lord. All other ground is only sinking sand".
She died in May of 2002 due to complications of diabetes. This song was on her "Never Defeated" album on Savoy Records 1983. What an incredible pslamist. I loved everything about her
Ms. Austin, was a regular featured lead with the GMWA Mass Choir as well as the Dallas Fort Worth Mass Choir. A tremendous personality and singer. (R.I.P.)

Elder JKR. Am I understanding from some of the comments that Ms. Austin has gone to be with The Lord? If so, I didn't know that.
