That was something else that i picked up wtih iron Chef and Iron Chef America in Iron Chef they make up all the plates for everyone, and the stuff they have to do for the camera, everything has to be done at the buzzer,. on Iron Chef America, they only do one plate, then when they are at break and everything, then they make up all the other plates for the judges and what not. I kind of like Iron Chef better with that, makes them have to work more for it then the other one is a little lazy.
