In 1974 I purchased a Fisher-Price stuffed owl with windup music box for my firstborn and it plays (still works!) the chorus of this lullaby. Original box had the Schubert info on it, but I'd been searching for years for the title of this pretty little piece and finally found it.

Lovely voice -- breath support needs a little work. Out of tune in places.

I think that 'Deh vieni' might be a bette piece than this one. The straight tone is not the most flattering thing for this voice, in my opinion.

But the last note (high G?) is quite lovely.
