When I lived in Wisconsin I had one just like that. A buddy of mine bought it and had a 300 something engine instead of the 440 with all the parts to rebuild it. He didn't have time to fool with it so he gave it to me. I put the engine together in an afternoon and it ran great. I sold it for around $400. I also had a 1978 Skidoo Olympic.
ive got a panther 440. the one with the three something is the 340 probably, if its the panther. i found mine in the junk yard, all there. cleaned out the carbs and gas tank, it runs great, cept the chokes missing. the gas tank is on the front of the sled tho instead of on the back like in this vid, and the glove box is in the back. i havent been able to ride it in the snow yet, but i am putting new rails on it and have run it (very little) in the deep gravel between where i keep it and the shop
