sorry not to screw your video up, but this is Changi Intl airport at Singapore, there are plenty of chinese people there and I have a photographic memory so I remember waiting in that terminal to a flight to dubai, from the shape of the windows, the pilars and the blue signs, thats a toilet btw :)
