Brilliant! Im so happy to find this. I learnt this form a long time ago and lost all the notes and books i had in a fire. Hopefully this will help me piece back together everything i learned!

the Lohan form is the real deal, if you see someone doing it and it looks easy it's because the person has real skill.
I know I've learn't the form and it is very hard!
