@camaro4759 Please don't make assumptions. This is called freedom, as in, the user is in total charge of the computer. HE made it look like OS X, because he wants to, not Linux's developers.
I am a Mac fanboy and even I can tell you: what's better than the Mac interface? A consistent and good-looking interface that is easy to understand. Why make it look like a Mac, now you probably have Linux-looking parts and OS X-looking parts. Ubuntu is not ugly, just leave it as it is and get your work/play done.
@ecconz I understand what you're saying, but I'm just saying, I disagree with changing Ubuntu to look like OS X. It just makes it look uglier, since it will never be 100% (some apps will still look out of place, etc.). I'd rather keep the Ubuntu theme, which is really good anyway. At the end of the day though, it's his computer, his choice, I was just stating my opinion.

Wich can be replaced (i cant remember the program). Linux also allows you to make a game simply if you have the correct software.

For example; to edit your sources list by this method you would type "sudo nano etc/apt/sources.list". Edit it to your liking, and press CTRL-X to exit, Y to save, and hit enter to approve the file name.
true i just installed OSX86 in a friends computer and it is so hard to get it to work and it wasn't all that special but it is still not better than linux but a runner up
