I also mentioned "Hammer Stone" that seemed to be a river rock with generally smooth surfaces (mechanical action of active river processes). In this region Volcanic Basalt and Granite make up the majority of the geological materials. Knapped tools are generally of Flint or Volcanic glass, commonly known as obsidian.
