check ur rates or check your modem either one of those can be reset. Or if u have a router make sure u have a password so no one can steal ur bandwidth also try to run less programs when playing the game such as aim or limewire. and if after all that i think it might be ur internet connection reset ur ip adress and the lastly if none of this works u may u may have virus but then again im not sure but u should check.

when switching to silencer on m4a1, right click mouse, then tap 'q' (if your using 'w,a,s,d') for a quicker switch.. nice vid, always hard to tell the good players apart from the ones that cheat though :/
