Does anyone notice a pattern with rush. Seaason 1- Grace nearly falls off a building but gets saved by Josh however later on she dies from an explosion inch dom was also severely injured in. Two seasons later Dom got kicked off TR and ended up getting blown up by a bomb in bomb squad. In this episode Michael gets shot with a crossbow yet survived and now his life support was turned off after being shot in the head and chest. Quite ironic.
