  • Tara, this may seem like a silly question, but i notice a lot of times in your videos you say to not force anything, or just do what feels comfortable; but how are you supposed to make any progression if you don't stretch to where is just the slightest bit uncomfortable. I could be missing the message of yoga in it's entirety here, but i can't help but be a tad jealous that it seems like i'll never hit the poses you can. Thank for your help! =]

  • It is good Tara! Just tried! thank you

  • Blondie?

  • Only early mornings give me an opportunity to be by myself, and I practice with Tara's book. I am looking forward to my mornings now. Is it ok to do more challenging routines after waking up then?

  • Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you get sore, too, lol. For some reason I thought I was sore because I was a noob. I've finally learned to stop pushing myself when I'm sore and just bent my legs. I'm just like... it's not worth it to have straight legs and look awesome right now, lol.

  • wow i just woke up lyk a minute ago and i tried this and it really works! i feel alot better now! and btw, my cats name is tara

  • I did 108 sun salutations too YEY!! :D

  • Thanks Tara, just what we need!

  • Thank you. Inspiring.

  • just like @cactusl3gs i had been told/read no to stretch unless muscles are warmed up. thanks for clarifying that for me. btw i have been doing the morning yoga in bed routine and feel very refreshed afterwards.

  • 1st of all, a big THANK YOU. Your videos r always empowering and enlightening. I'm always pushing myself too hard in the morning , thinking that it's the best way to make me more awake. But I see that being gentle is just as effective to wake up the tight body in the morning.I'm always learning something from you, thank you so much. Keep the videos coming! It's like a daily dose of vitamin!

  • Those big beautiful, sexy feet of yours.

  • @IntellectualsNY can you explain the foot fetish thing? I know a lot of men have it but I dont get it... I mean compared to other body parts are they really so attractive? genuine question...

  • @ojuicedogg Yes, toes, soles, arches and ankles are all sexy. Feet are sexy because you could suck them and receive footjobs from them, a girl with pretty feet says a lot about the girl and how she maintains herself.

  • @ojuicedogg Well, the best thing about feet...is how they feel. When you have a nice girl with soft soles, just touching them feels good, seems like the softest part of a woman. And when they know how to pleasure you with them, oh man...nothing is better other than actual sex, really. BUT their feet have to look nice. As long as they have soft, taken care of feet without anything odd going on and have nice polish on them...then most of the time they are going to have sexy feet or at least decent

  • Nice Blondie shirt!

  • Men..... 1:43!! yes please, anytime in the morning:)

  • yoga has really been helping me at school, tara

    middle school is tuf

  • hey tara are there any easy but unknown poses for beginners?

  • Hi Tara!

Is there anyway you could make a yoga routine for cramps?? I get em really bad and was wondering if I could do any yoga to help me with that.

  • @Intangiblebeauty ah just walk it off..

  • @Intangiblebeauty yogatoday has a youtube channel with a yoga for your cycle series! ITS GREAT! i have done it many times!!!!

  • @jmuch07 yes! I do that one all the time (even when I'm not on my cycle lol)! It's excellent!

  • @Intangiblebeauty

    I second this request.

  • Do you have any particular exercises for individuals suffering from plantar fasciitis? If so could you make a video demonstrating the exercises? Thanks.

  • youre so tall annd felixble! how tall are u?

  • The Blondie t-shirt is classic!

  • Tara! I need your advice on something. My wrists feel very weak, and it's hard for me to even do side plank poses. Everything else feels strong, but my wrists just hurt. Is there anything I can do to make them stronger, or should I avoid these poses? I stretch my wrists and clear them often during practice.

  • i woke up like 2 hours ago, i felt so stiff and blahh. but doing this just now makes me feel soo much better, thanks tara!! :)

  • This is nice. I also like it when you show off and do hardcore yoga. It's good to know what's possible.

  • Great Video

  • Yar kyewt :)

  • You inspire me sooo much!! :)

  • Great channel! I found it a few days ago and can't get enough of it:) But I Have a question: Is Ashtanga Yoga good for beginners? I kinda do it for a few months but never manage to do it regulary, probably because it is so tiering(and everything hurts the next day). Is it my lack of will or is there some better way to get into yoga? Maybe even on your channel? And another question, maybe a bit silly: is there some yoga technique that makes you hungry? I need to get a little more weight^^

  • yea debbi harry :)

  • thanks tara 4 showing me what 2 do if i can't go foward w/o hunching 2 go back the way u show us 2 accomplish more :) thanks i did this before going out the door, diden;t think i would do anything as i was 2 sore from the last 2 days of walking......glad i did & now ready 2 do more.awesome day ahead now....

  • @cactusl3gs I think you just need to warm up before hand? I usually go for a jog or dance around a bit.

I think if your going to be doing deep streching its more vital to warm up first.

I took dance for years, thats where my experiance comes from yoga is still a new concept for me. Hopefully Miss Stiles will not hit me with an avocado for offering advice on her channel

  • @MrRyanhancock1234 lol she'd rather eat it then waste it :P

and may be a little warm up is a good idea or gentle yoga.. thanks!

  • I bought your calm, sexy yoga book yesterday!!!

and the yoga tradition, I have my second day of yoga school tommorow night, Im confused of what to call it, the program that will get I a certificate to teach yoga.

  • i do have a question tara.. i heard when you wake up you shouldnt stretch right away, i read the reason i dont remember.. what do you suggest?

  • @cactusl3gs who told you that? i don't see the harm in opening up the body and mind. . especially very gently and with attention. . practicing paying attention is useful to work with how you feel so you do what's best for you.

  • @TaraStilesYoga thanks =) i love doing your bedtime yoga and morning as well.. de-stress and list goes on.. im a beginner so i thought ill ask the question.

i do have a request too. can you do some video for knees.. to ease them and to keep them healthy and release the tension after intense workouts?

  • @TaraStilesYoga Oh my goodness, I'm a klutz and managed to hit the "thumbs down" and can't seem to find a way of undoing that. Jeez. On the subject of stretching in the morning, it's like Tara says: very gently and with attention. I'd also recommend gentle rotations of the joints to move the synovial fluid and lubricate them, especially before any strong poses or poses that apply pressure to joints. Hope this helps @cactusl3gs

  • @karikalahari Now I DID manage to undo my klutzy thumb. What do you know, youtube is not only a way to communicate with other people, but also to communicate with yourself. Or myself, that is. Feeling a bit schizo here at the moment. ;)

  • @cactusl3gs That's true, your body is still kind of sleeping, and it takes a bit of time (usually about half an hour I read) to waken it up.

  • @cactusl3gs I think thats deep stretching as you shouldnt try to improve flexibility on cold muscles but opening them up first thing is fine.

  • @cactusl3gs It was probably about the fact that your muscles haven't had any time to warm up yet. As long as you are taking it very slow and steady it should be fine.

  • oo i really needed a yoga video like this! im so stiff when i wake up :\

    thanks! =)
