no offensive but that kinda sucked you didnt you any solid for your energy blast.. all you used was a lens flare and giant lightning colorized in red you did not need trapcode shine to do it you can color correct consider it next time
Thankx! :) Yes i did work pretty hard on it... The girl in this vid actually had a staff that she was spinning all over the place! I did my best to remove it. Took me about 2 days to finish this vid. Thankx again for the comment! :)

the original vid had the girl doing kata with a short staff. I masked out the staff as best as I could and added the effects on top.
