I have Just quit Runescape. Its pick up penalty - i didnt under stand at first after u kill some one you go out then get ur junk on get some food come bck get ur loot then penalty starts - basically when you pick ur loot up it starts :D

Cuz he doesnt want to get pen, that means if you got a penalty (when you kill some1) you cant leave when you pick up something. and when u leave before he drops the stuff you wont get a penalty and you can go in again and pick up your kill
