For the folks who don't understand the video-taping, I'll try to clear it up for you, public-filming in almost any situation is completely within the bounds of the law. How its used is what determines its legality/illegality etc. You can't commercially use the image or likeness of another without their permission. Meaning you can't use their image as an endorsement without permission. Public events is entirely OK, and filming is ok, putting a video on youtube is OK.
The best thing about having all these fundamentalist christian candidates is their hatred of muslims. Hopefully their itchy trigger fingers will turn islamic states into even shittier places than they are now (read: nuclear wastelands) and then America+christianity will slowly die because of industrial inferiority.

For the folks who don't understand the video-taping, I'll try to clear it up for you, public-filming in almost any situation is completely within the bounds of the law. How its used is what determines its legality/illegality etc. You can't commercially use the image or likeness of another without their permission. Meaning you can't use their image as an endorsement without permission. Public events is entirely OK, and filming is ok, putting a video on youtube is OK.

@MrMccartney1987 True, England is paradise to those less fortunate to have what we have in their country. However, we shouldn't have to take responsibility to those people. 'All that money' could be used on more resourceful things like education and public transport. In the case of all those jobs that people wouldn't want to do we could get the prison service to set up a system for the prisoners to do those jobs under supervision and prevent the tax payer paying £30,000+ on one single prisoner.

To complicate matters further, laws differ from state to state and from country to country. Given this was filmed in the US filming arguments and posting it online is forbidden as is using someone's image for comercial use.

@rothpwns No, it is not complicated by a myriad of laws. There is ONE qualifying factor. One. If you are where you cannot have a reasonable expectation of privacy (I.e. Outside in public), then anyone may film you at any time. And then they may do anything they want with it. It is obvious that you have not studies this issue in school.Read some cases, stop arguing. Do some research. It is really easy.
