Always respected Big John. Been there since the beginning.
I like the half point system. A 10/9 round sometimes just doesn't make sense. I think Takdowns should be worh less if they're accompanied by stalling and lay n pray. They should be deducted or atleast stood up sooner.

The half point scoring system would Not be a good addition to the sport of MMA. Judging is the problem in the sport, Not the scoring/judging Criteria. Judges themselves need to be taught better, and becoming certified should take longer.

John McCarthy is overrated! How many times is this guy. Going to run across the cage at full speed and tackle a fighter. When he is engaged with another fighter. To stop a fight. He is going hurt a fighter real bad one day!
