Heatran is an uber, its an legendary but its allowed, so as regigigas... becuz they arent that hard to beat, like heatran is 4X weak agains ground moves and earthquake is a very common move, and like regigigas has his drag of ability with cuts his speed and attack... zapdos, moltres and articuno are each one of them 4X (times) weak against rock moves like stone edge... and so on... but still Cresselia has very powerfull defences, the easiest way is to use stell type like a Agroon in a sandstrom

why are most legendaries invalid in the frontier, back in crystal, all of them could be used, including mew and Celebi

you know in the pokemon movies there are two Mew appearances, one appears to be the male and the other is the female Mew, thats what I heard, despite in the game Mew doesnt have a specific gender

Well, it doesn't evolve, it transforms, you can transform Shaymin from his normal land form (grass) to his Sky form (grass/flying), and of course you can transform it back. You only can transform Shaymin only at day, never at night, and to get a succesfull transformation it can't be in a frozen solid status. And to transfom you'll need a special item called Glacia Flower, this flower look like one of those Shaymin has in his head.

And to get this flower you'll need the new pokemon Platinum version that comes with new pretty cool extras and pokemon!

?? What are you saying? I know that, it is an item, an item called glacidea flower, wich transforms Shaymin from his Land Form to his Sky Form, only at day not at night, and only when Shaymin isn't in a frozen solid status.
