  • They both were getting on my nerves yelling out of turn. If I was the judge, I would have pulled the Judge Judy "next person to talk out of turn loses their case" card out just a few minutes in....

  • I never ever want to rent my place to ANYONE, what headache that involves!!

  • lmfao XD "the dog ate blinds and THEY WERE DELICIOUS" sure made my day.

  • Why does she need cancelled cheques if she has receipts?

  • Goddamn! Does the defendant ever take a breath? Sheesh, Shut the fuck up for 2 seconds.

  • That bluetooth on his ear coulda totally paid a maid to clean that shit up in a day.

  • LMAO at the end.

Oh my she's christian, she must be perfect.

She probably did say something along the lines that the son would have to make do until the fixer guy gets there, probably not as bad as the defendant but still.

  • gods i wish the fucking judge would shut the fuck up and let the defendant talk! that's what i hate most about these. The judge never shuts her fucking trap!

  • @NateHiggers52 that IS actually the best way to describe these two nescient crone ingrates!

  • Starting from 4:35-4:50 Judge Judy woulda thrown both of them out on their asses! Judge Milian says "stop!"& neither listen, the ones blabbing over her & the defendant is "OMG..OMG..OMG!" Holy Fuck! (pardon my french)I wanted to skip to the next case right then! It seems as though neither of them are even listening to JM when she's talking, not just then but thru the whole case, because the plaintiff & the defendant would cut her off, talk over her etc. Send 'em to Judge Judy for a reality check!

  • love judge milian BUT judge judy would have thrown this case out if they didnt shut the fuck up

  • will...they..just.. Shut... UUUUP!!!!!

  • @globe255, I think it is because the landowner kept the security deposit which was around 1000+. So she decided the overall cost should be around 1400 which was subtracted from the 1000+ giving the $275 extra (totaling around 1400)

  • 275 dollars is not even close to 1400 dollars. Im not sure if that was a fair judgement.

  • I'm disappointed in the title of this episode. I was expecting pulling a gun and peeing at the same time.

  • Omg,

If I was the judge I'd just fucking dismiss the case, they won't shut the fuck up.

  • @xWWENamix There are two kinds of judges: those who let you talk because you might say something relevant (and probably ruin your own case) and those who just want their own questions answered. JM is in the first category, JJ is an excellent example of the second.

  • Oh My god !!! Oh My God! oh My God! oh my God !

either she is having an orgasm during the session or she is really a weird human being.

  • she called at 10:30 in the morning!

  • Interupting cow!

  • Wow, you can live like a gorilla and still make off well. Fuck monkeys!

  • We can't live like this lmao, then clean your damn apartment you little nasty.

  • The plaintiff said the defendant peed and pooped on the carpet. How did she know WHO did? It COULD have been the defendant or the defendant's disabled son, or their unauthorized dog. The defendant is a real piece of work herself. Typical of MOST (thankfully NOT ALL) section 8/welfare recipients.

  • I'm a HUGE fan of this poster but the title is way better than the video lol. I was hoping it was the same time! =/

  • "I am a christian" So are the KKK...

  • Villa my ass. Both here are bad people. Defendant has long ago crossed the line seeking sympathy for her brother. Planitif well .. is also just a lier.

  • @ETericET Whatever it was, it looked nice. That's her son, not her brother.

  • ugh, these interruptions are giving me a migraine. SHUT UP!!!!

  • i feel sorry for the defendant's son, defendant is nasty, there was NO explanation she could give for the way she left that apt., good ruling.

  • Lol I love when people use the "I'm a christian" denfense as if it holds any weight.

  • @windo too true! Those close minded morons of Westboro Baptist Church are christians too and they are among the biggest wankers in the world.

  • "show me the pictures of the urine and the feces" i've waited a long time to hear you say that JM . . . .

  • why did she feel it necessary at the end to state randomly that she's a "Christian woman".........gee wiz....it is people like this who make the real practicing Christians look bad, and that's why the world hates us.

  • @Venusstar22 it wasn't entirely random... she was accused of saying that a disabled man could "crawl". She says that she is Christian to suggest that kindness and virtue would stop her from having ever said such a thing.

  • @Venusstar22 You have that right. From personal experience I run now from self proclaimed 'chriistians' Honest people don't need to bring their faith up. The minute someone tells you " I am a christian" take my advice and run. Want to meed real Christians? they are at your corner church helping people.

  • what the fuck is wrong with these people

  • She says she's a christian woman but she lies with impunity?

  • This is why you don't rent, lease, or do any sort of business with black women.

These old crows always trying to get a dollar for a nickel.

  • @Broyale26 You should also not do business with white ppl.....they like to assimilate everyones culture before stealing their land and infecting them with diseases........IGNORANT PPL ARE ALWAYS RACIST

  • @inez879

    Much like yourself?

You fail not only at sarcasm, but at having anything sensible to respond with. Its not racism, its the truth. Black women are bad business. People's court pretty much proves this as FACT. The fact that you're even offended by my comments proves this to be fact.

  • people bring your evidence to court. how can you expect a judgement if you dont bring proof? esp. when you are the plaintiff. you have the burden of proof.

  • "Let me have this!"....ROFL Tag me in!!!

  • Defendant: Nicole Randall Johnson

  • If the defendant gave a 60 day notice, she should have been packed and ready to go by the 60th day.

  • I'm a christian woman lol

  • Lol!!

Yardie a try fi speak wit yankee 'twong!

  • i wouldnt be surprised if they just came on here to be on tv and make some money caz some1 who was on 1 of these shows says u get paid even if u lose but i dont no that 100% myself i just read it in the comment section about the being paid if lose

  • Yes, it's true. They split $5,000.

  • well then my question is what is stopping some1 from fraud u no barowing money from a siblin and then have them sign a contract that says they didnt pay them back and the 2 siblins decide to do this together and then the one who "needs" to pay doesnt and just comes up with a bunch of bs stuff like the other people on here do when they o money to some1

  • @ThePeopleCourt What?! They get money just for being on the show?! Do both the plaintiff and defendant get the money or does only the winning side get it?

  • @ThePeopleCourt wtf !they pay you to go on these shows ?

  • @ThePeopleCourt and that is apart from the money given in the ruling?

  • @IHeArTrOcK20 -- It includes the winners payment. That comes out first, then the remainder is divided between both parties.

  • @ThePeopleCourt they didn't since the plaintiff won the court the money to the defedant will pay the plaintiff sue

  • @ThePeopleCourt Where did you read that?

  • @ThePeopleCourt are you serious? They split what the ruling ammount is?? Is this for every court show, or just JM's that you kno of?....That kinda takes the realism out of it ....it's kinda like when I found out "Operation Repo" was all fake and staged. :(

  • @beebnmeem -- If you what some old people's court, like Judge Wapner, or Judge Judy's husband, some uploaders left the message on at the end. It explains that they winning amount is paid out of a fund (which is whatever the statutory max for that case is), then the remainder is split between both sides. But, they also receive an appearance fee, which was $100, but may be more now. The message was on Judge Milian's shows and may still be on at the end, but it flashes by in the credits.

  • @kazooga1234 I think you might get the money to pay for plane and hotel tickets

  • @LuckyIzzy659 those are also free i read that in the comment section below as well

  • @kazooga1234 oh. Hmm, i see.

  • @kazooga1234 if you loose the money to you should have got is used to pay the winning side.

  • @SimsMoyal i was talking about if there was no winning side like in this case because the D won and there wasnt a counter claim that won either

  • @kazooga1234 how come the D won ? 07:28 - you owe her 275 $

  • @SimsMoyal i forgot about this case i got this mixed up with another ending i miss read the title andi agree that the D should have to pay the P but when they go on TV all of that changes with the contract they sign

  • @kazooga1234 --According to the old people's court (they explained it at the end of each case) and people who have been on it before, they don't actually split it. They give the winner their award, then split the difference... So, if it's $5,000 and the winner get's $1,000, then they would split $4,000...plus, they get paid, I believe, $100 as an appearance fee.

  • @caitob32207 i never watched the old ones and its hard to say if they have also changed the rules since then but its good to know thank you

  • @kazooga1234 -- At least during the first few season's with Judge Milian, they still had the message at the end. It blends in with the ending credits though. I'm not sure if it's still on there on not, I haven't watched People's Court on TV in a long time.

  • @caitob32207 for judge joe brown they had one but it just said something the show paying but never the amount or that they get paid for showing up i forget what the exact quote was though

  • @kazooga1234 I filed a lawsuit against my roomate and The People's Court called us saying they were interested in our case and asked if we wanted to be on the show. We didn't want to but they made us a deal you couldn't refuse. I was the Plaintiff, if I were to loose they would still pay me $250 and If I won (which I did) then they guarantee the full amount within 10 business days, plus they gave us an extra $50. They paid for air fares as well. It was an awesome experience. Real cases and ppl!

  • @chikinhead07 thx for that info i had others talking about the money from this show as well

  • @chikinhead07 Did they cover your hotel and/or give you a stipend?

  • @hrivethead They gave us $50 cash and didn't give a reason and paid for our Flight. We didn't stay in a Hotel, we flew there and back in one day. They have a driver waiting for you when you get to baggage claim with your name on a sign. They take you to the Studio and you wait for your turn. Judge Milian tapes all day long every other week on tues, wed, and thurs. It was a fun experience.

  • They're both disgusting! end of story, case closed.

  • The defendant needs to BREATHE!!!! She talks to darn fast...she's irritating.

  • Boy I wish I Could find a nice apartment like that in the first place.

  • Holy smokes...this is one disgusting case, so horrible as I saw in those pictures. And that defendant, dang...

  • Judge Judy would not stand for all those interuptions. She would just dismiss both cases. I don't understand why JM is so tolerant of asshole litigants.

  • @irvingklaw57 because JJ's style ("you're both idiots, i'm done") leaves the case undecided. JM works with the idiots, because most people willing to appear in a public case like this are idiots (or very, very poor). JJ cherry picks her cases, JM is a bit of a ho.

  • @irvingklaw57 Cuz JJ is a bitch. She doesn't understand the meaning of compassionate hearing. These litigants are human beings, and since they have issues, they decide to seek help. JJ only sees the other side - DISCIPLINE AROUND ME?!

    Fuck you, JJ!

  • @irvingklaw57 Because it's entertainment, you know she has fun with it :D

  • @irvingklaw57 if you watch both shows. JJ is more about the shock judgements and swift decisions while calling people stupid. JM does more towards explaining the law, ever watch an episode of JM where she DOESN'T explain the law in everything? JJ rarely actually explains why every little detail she decides over is made, she just makes it. Don't get me wrong, I love both, but this is why JM is a bit more patient. It's what her show's based on.

  • @irvingklaw57 Because if you carefully l;listen in the intro Judge Milan has no real jurisdiction therefore no real law behind her, essentially its a kangaroo court with NO real legal binding other than the participants signing a waiver to agree to the "verdict".

  • I think the name of this case should have been "Living La Villa Roacha"! ;)

  • Excellent!!

  • Lol awesome
