@kavi711 Thank you for your answer. So i want to ask you does there is some free program or some diferent which is easy to use and the most important, that program must have a option to implement a Google SKEC UP
This question is not actually related to subject of your video, but how do I add my model on my project? They are different saves and I have no idea how to do that.
@vercetty1000 its the same technq basically. only you'd need to do camera tracking with a compositing software like aftereffects, export the data, do some camera projection in c4d and merge the imported camera tracking data. BAM! you got your movie. I cld do a tut on it but my site is still being built.
cinema 4d looks so interesting. I wish I know how to use that program.. By the way, if anyone wants to make $ with your 3d models check out cgworld(dot)com. You get an instant payment from your buyers.
I import my movie into a texture and then put it into the background and it doesent change? Its on the background layer but nothing happends to the imagee? it doesent appear
@tough196 jsut get one for free, browse for objects on the web. unless its for training, dont spend hours/days on objects others have made already. especially for real life stuff that has lots of weird edges and precise dimensions. like the trailing of the wings/angles and stuff.
Please Could You Give The Work File (c4d) Becausr I Want To Work With IT And Lorn (sorry for my english) how to make a plane ..etc and i have just 4 hours then i downloaded the C4D and i dont khow any thing
By the way I think you're wrong, Blender is way more powerfull but such a pain to learn : frigid interface with many common or usefull functions only available by shortcuts :/
Just check on youtube how the blender's included fluid simulator performs !
High end soft are Softimage (compositing workflow!), Maya, 3ds Houdini (rude!). Cinema4d is the best ease of use / results but not that powerfull.
Well the thing is, I'm just getting my info from other places and they all say cinema 4d is better than blender. Not as good as maya and softimage but still better than blender.
But one thing I am surprised at is cinema 4d doesn't have a fluid simulator
not exactly.. but did you see the tutorial here that uses an emmitter, connected with a small ball es the object it is emmitting ( so it shoots out balls).. then you apply a gravity object on it and use a "Metaballs" object with it that makes balls that are very close together join each other to 1 object. like 2 raindrops that touch each other and become 1. That way you can create something like water.
yeah it's not really fluid.. more like a wobbly jello mass.. but as far as I have learned ( learning working with it for 3 days now) there is nothing else. I heard about "RealFlow" but I thought it's for other programs
does anyone know where to find the animation short about a kid that daydreams about flying a plane and then wrecks his room after he crashes the plane in his daydream.
(reply to Bajungadustin) you see the 3 icons just above the 3d view? the first ones just render the editor view, the 3rd one is the render settings so you can set your output path, file type, etc. once you set your path, click the 2nd icon, it should be rendered/exported to your path
no its not... i found it you have to render to picture viewer from a pulldown tab at the top row. its freakin retarded and ignorantly named but i found it none the less and thanks for trying to help
It's very good tutorial, but i have one question. What if i need to put there a HDRI lighting? When i'm putting it in a sky the background isn't working.
But what will be the necessary step to get rid of the plane/ polygon or the background??? I only would like to keep the object and its shadow, nothing else. I have played around with the compositing tag and the multi-pass, but it seems that I always have to keep the shadow catching plane or background. I also tried to use white planes in the hope I could use it as an alpha channel in After Effects, but that didn`t work either. If anyone knows a solution I`d be very happy about sharing that. :-)
You mean a filmed movie and then put a 3D object in that? For example put a CG character in a filmed sequence? If so the principle is the same as shown in this movie, but you need a video editing tool really such as After Effects or Final Cut Pro. If the filmed camera moves you also need to worry about camera tracking and you need special tracking tools such as Boujou. The more the filmed camera moves, the more complicated it is to match up 3D. Search a search engine for camera matching 3d...
just put the movie instead of a picture into the texture line! It has to be a .avi or a quicktime movie! Then you have to klick on the little picture of the movie/texture and then on "Animation" and the "Calculate"!
hey does anybody here know why when i try and start cinema 4d it gives me a little box that says ok, when i click it it doesnt do anything, doesnt load cinema 4d
