  • awesome work dude !!!

  • That looks amazing, i build caves and orniments out off slate for tanks but that is something else, well done mate

  • One of the most beutyfull DIY I ever seen m8... Good work, Your work is nicer than Back to the nature modules!

  • Thks for the nice comments. Really appreciate it. You can view the video at "Tanganyika Aquarium - DIY Underwater Cavern"....Happy viewing!

  • Very nice! I have always wanted to remove te styrofoam from my backgrounds but never dared to becasue I was afraid the background would fall apart. Good Job!

  • Thanks. I hv been thinking of a simpler and cost-effective method for bigger aquarium tank to have full or partial DIY background in large separate parts.

As there would be no silicone needed to hold the parts firmly against the glass, they are removable and reusable like any large natural rocks. And the tank can be converted to other non-DIY rocky setup.

  • That is great work Venustus, looks schmick! Well worth all the effort I would say, thanks for showing us how you did it.

    Cheers

  • It was a good experience for me to undertake and complete this project. It's kind of challenging.
