I still think that if Abby had ended up trapped with Henry, he would have killed her eventually. Relationships are tough even for well-adjusted people. I just don't think a psychopath would have the mental equipment to make a relationship work. Plus...he's evil! I know that if I were in Abby's shoes, I would try my best to get back to the mainland.

Not necessarily...Try as he might to say he's not like his father, John Wakefield still killed the woman he loved. Even though he loved her with all his heart. I don't think Abby would've ever gotten over Jimmy, and that would've eaten at Henry. Remember how he reacted when she said she loved him? Slapped her to the ground...that was there to tell us 'it COULD happen again.'

He is not like his dad because well he killed his dad to be with abby,a man who showed him his true path. it would take true devotion to make him turn against his idol or something like that!! abby/henry rules!!

If Jimmy were to die though...she'd never forgive Henry. As it was already, she would've never forgiven Henry. I'm not saying it's a definite that he would've killed her, but he's certainly more than once let his emotions rule his actions...There's no telling where that kind of "path" could lead...I do feel bad for them, and I do share a fascination with Abby/Henry, so don't think I'm trying to bash or anything. But in the end, it needed to be done...

And I was talking about NORMAL people, ie. those that AREN'T serial killers. Normal people =/= serial killers. No I don't XD I really don't blame her for that. He's the one who took them from her! The way you make it sound is that he had no part in it whatsoever and was just her shoulder to cry on. You have to remember that he's guilty. Remember that he dragged her out of that shed. Remember that while he loves her, he slammed her onto that ground making her go unconscious for who knows how long. Henry may love her, but he's still poetically and tragically insane. And Abby knows that.

SERIOUSLY? He murdered like, ten people! Overlooking flaws is one thing. Sometimes flaws can't be helped or even make someone MORE perfect in a way. But this isn't a flaw...what Henry has...it's self-destructive. Even Chris Gorham was saying that Henry HAD to be put down. He said that if Abby continued the way she had, he probably WOULD'VE ended up killing her, stuffing her, and just acting as if she were alive to live in his fantasy the rest of his life.

:V Actually, the writers pretty much agreed. He couldn't, dude, though...what he had was like, Old Yeller Syndrome. You love him, but in the end, he gets rabies and you just have to put him down anyway. People don't usually allow for abuse in relationships...you try to get out as fast as possible in that case. And bestiality...ew...? When he acted "normal" that's all it was--an act, to keep him safe. It was all fake. Have to learn to see the truth, there.

XD Not everyone is ACTING and hiding the fact that they've got the urge to seriously kill people. But it's sick for a woman to degrade herself to such treatment. It's disgraceful and pitiful and stupid. But, hey, whatever floats your boat. Though Abby's not the type of character to sit through that. They COULD say that. They were talking about alternate endings and how they would turn out. Everyone's got their own opinions. I for one feel the ending was quite fitting.

To be honest I really didnt want Henry to die. I mean I wanted him to be sent to a looney bin but I didnt want him to die. It was clear that he really could not see what he had done wrong. I don't think he would have hurt her either
